Justin Gilbert brings over 21 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
He is a native of Eliot, Maine and graduated from Marshwood High School and the University of New England.
He has specialized in orthopedic conditions, sport-specific training, post-surgical rehab, vestibular training, balance deficits, work injuries, body-mechanic education, postural training and TMJ pain.
He utilizes manual therapy, instrument assisted tissue work such as cupping and Graston, and kinesiotaping, combined with specialized exercise program training to achieve patient goals.
Justin is passionate about providing excellent care and giving back to the Southern Maine community. This is a longstanding family tradition where both of Justin's parents have worked for many years practicing medicine in Kittery, and where he grew up and resides with his family in Eliot.
